As a heartthrob, Harry Styles has become a fashion icon.

Harry Styles is more than just a singer-songwriter anymore; he's also a major actor and influencer in the world of fashion.

In the eagerly awaited dystopian thriller film "Don't Worry Darling," directed by Olivia Wilde, the former member of the British pop boy band "One Direction" sheds his musician persona to play the male lead opposite Oscar nominee Florence Pugh.

The movie had its highly anticipated world premiere on Monday at the Venice International Film Festival, and it immediately went viral online and around the globe thanks to behind-the-scenes drama and, above all, fashion.

According to Sarah Karmali, executive editor (digital) at Harper's Bazaar, Styles arrived on the Venice carpet drenched in a navy blue Gucci suit with bold broad shoulders and a very peaked collar.

Styles' collaboration with his stylist Harry Lambert has produced "absolute magic," according to Laura Jordan, director of fashion and lifestyle features at Grazia magazine.

(Styles') attire always had a slightly retro-camp vibe. He adores the large collar, tinted sunglasses, and tonnes of Gucci," Jordan remarked.

By accepting a position as a Gucci ambassador in 2018, Styles started to establish his own sense of fashion and brand.

Styles has sported the brand in a number of editorial campaigns, but his dress for the November 2020 Vogue cover is more notable. The musician-actor was the first single male cover star for the fashion magazine.

The widely discussed cover featured Styles in an open green field under clear skies wearing a blue dress by Gucci designed by Alessandro Michele that was lined in black lace for a pop of contrast, had multiple ruffled tiers, and was finished off with a traditional black blazer.

He has gained notoriety for his flamboyant signature look, which consists of a colourful assortment of oversized jumpsuits and three-piece suits with flared bellbottoms and an occasional feather boa, mimicking the likes of Elton John.

As a heartthrob, Harry Styles has become a fashion icon.

He went from being a member of a boy band to a solo artist with multiple number-one albums.

Every piece of clothing he wears for his "Love On Tour 2022," which currently includes a remarkable 15-day residency at New York's Madison Square Garden, literally sparks a pattern.

Every night, Styles has worn a different pattern-filled two-piece jumpsuit, ranging from stripes to dots and coming in vibrant shades of red, pink, blue, and yellow. Styles has only ever worn Gucci clothing.

If there is anything to learn from Styles' personal wardrobe evolution, it is that it is unique, eclectic, and above all, enjoyable.

Jordan stated that Harry Styles is fully aware of his identity.
